He used the term "these people" to describe the canadian veterans and servicemen. CBC did a coordinated media push to label him a bigot racist for daring to use the term YOU PEOPLE. took the quote out of context and implied it was an attack on immigration as if no single person on the streets of toronto is a native canadian.
