Honestly, i think taylor hall should be on the team. His wheels are unreal, he could be dangerous on bigger ice.

Was at the game last night, Safeco is beautiful, but makes Rogers arena concession look good. 3 different time we went to get beers at 3 different concession stands , ended up waiting 20 minutes, hardly moving, and missing a full top/bottom half of the inning before quitting and going back to our seats. Awful.

Easy does it .I dont care to to point out anyones wrongful "beliefs", nor am I trying to discourage anyone in this thread. I realize I may have come off alittle high strong. I remember being a teenager seeking (bodybuilding/fitness) advice and taking alot of fictitious information as fact.Spinning my tires for years. I don't have my degree in any of the above (although Id like to think I do/should), so who am I to tell people what to do. Moral of the story, It would be awsome if there were an in house professional among us to help the new with facts (and back them up) , instead of people posting what the back of a container of supplement says, or what flex magizine says.
