      yeah it has a high amount of sugar, highly processed with a lot of weirdly named ingredients

      but it does have lots of fibre ;)

      Cereal is really healthy it has lots of fibre.you know what's really good Oatmeal- i like Apple Cinnamon flavaord of pourage.
