That is what baffles me. How the race card keeps getting played despite all the black players who were moved/cut being replaced by other black players as well as overlooking that Nick Foles, Todd Herremans, and James Casey (all white players) were among those pushed out along with the fact that Evan Mathis is still being shopped around by the Eagles. The Eagles did want Maclin back though. He just simply took the bigger contract in Kansas. As far as Cooper goes outside of the shallow/young WR corps and him being a strong blocker I believe if they cut him his cap hit rises by 2-3 million so it made more sense to leave him on the roster for now. I wouldn't be shocked to see him gone next season with Agholor and Matthews as the top 2 WR's and Huff in the slot. A lot of the releases were on aging players with overpriced contracts and some who simply didn't fit the system. It was said that McCoy wasn't the type of back Kelly wanted as he favored North/South runners where as McCoy is very East/West and certainly had some ugly games last year where teams exploited that. But when you look at the kind of players Kelly is bringing in especially in the draft it seems character is huge for him. Agholor had this to say. Reports are that the Jets, Browns and Rams are in talks for the #2 pick. Oddly the Eagles were left off this list despite a report that the Eagles are willing to trade Bradford, Cox, Kendricks, Mathis and Boykin are available to trade (whether for Mariota or for other pieces).

He may have just looked it up. Even if he didn't though we are on a hockey message board mainly talking about strangers who play for big money and how it makes us happy as random people unrelated. If something makes you happy go for it. Even if it is watching someone else's life.

If you look at the other mock drafts including the newest one and ones on other websites it seems the overwhelming belief is he will go much earlier than 18. But with that said you never know. If other players fall you may see teams that would take him trade their pick to someone else so they can grab another player who fell. Or maybe the falling players are simply more valuable to the teams that would have taken Trae. But still I would be surprised if he fell that far.

Going 18th would be a drop for him. Most projections see him going much higher. (Going 11th is to the Vikings is the most common projection I have seen.) Though he would be a good pick up had they landed him.

As an Eagles fan this is great news given both games against the Cowboys occur on week 2 and week 9.

Seems like a stretch to me. Fans don't expect him to start it is common knowledge that he is the 3rd string QB and what his abilities are. The only way people will start chanting for him to start is if the Eagles are doing terribly and Bradford and/or Sanchez are to blame. Lets also be honest though it isn't like Tebow is joining a modest team or city that wasn't already a circus. Chip Kelly alone already drew a lot of attention and they had plenty of negative attention with Riley Cooper. In addition before the Kelly area this is the same city that brought Vick in, had the TO during his driveway sit ups phase, and of course the "Dream Team." Plus given what Kelly just did this offseason the Eagles were already going to get a frenzy of media attention this season with or without Tebow. Not to mention Philadelphia is already a big market team that naturally is used to media attention similar to the Jets and Pats who also did not have a problem with it. I don't know why people make it seem like he is such a cancer ether. Unlike many issues other players bring it isn't like the team will have to address his bar fights, line snorting, and that fan he beat up, etc. He is a great character guy who is great with charity and community work (something he already said he wants to be "ingrained in" while in Philadelphia). It just seems overblown that him being Christian is such a horrible thing that threatens the very stability of a team xD And lastly he signed for 1 year at around 600K or something with no money guaranteed. If they don't want him they can cut him at any time. They gave up nothing to get him and it isn't like they will look back and say boy we screwed up in bumping 3rd string QB Matt Barkley for this guy. In addition they are a run heavy team and can feature Tebow in with both a combo of Murray, Matthews, and/or Sproles keeping plays to higher percentages and giving a diverse range. Long story short Tebow offers more than Barkley even if it is in a role position.

The hate doesn't really make sense. Tebow wasn't signed to be the starter or even the #2 QB. He was signed as the #3 QB and in those terms he was easily more valuable than Matt Barkley. He is literally a no risk signing with potential reward.

Yeah it was originally listed as 6 but I only saw 4. I watched them all myself. No regrets. I like 1080p but I still had surround sound plus I rewatch anyway. The benefit is I won't feel obligated to stay in Sunday nights for a month to watch. I actually kind of wish shows worked like Netflix where you could watch on your own terms. I enjoyed that binge watch.

Episodes 1-6 of season 5 were leaked online. So tread carefully as actual show spoilers will likely emerge around the internet. If you torrent things you can just watch ahead. The quality is crisp but not in true 720 or 1080.
