well, make a good movie, thats pretty much what it takes, that doesnt mean a oscar movie, all the good ideas have gone to streaming.

When one company holds a monopoly, it's a lot more difficult than just "make a good movie". Disney owns the critics. They own all of the best people now. They have all of the money. It doesn't matter if a movie is "good" or not. Hell, people barely even know what a "good" movie is any more. They can't possibly distinguish between what's objectively "good" and what isn't when the entire industry, including the critics, are subservient to the monopoly.
