  1. I could live with something around Kesler for Voracek, and Edler+ for Yakupov. We would need a center..Rather keep Kes and just get Yak.
  2. GM's make mistakes and trade for crappy players all the time. They don't have the time to watch every single game, if you can find one that actually believes Edler is worth acquiring and is willing to pay, pull that trigger. Should have been done at the draft when there were no restrictions, a ton of possibilities, and the rest of the league had yet to catch onto him sucking so bad...but whateva.
  3. Hansen for a 1st, then Edler, 2x 2014 1sts for PK as a starting point.
  4. I like Tanev with Edler on paper. He can cover his butt, and Eddie is a better passer than Hamhuis, so it could translate to the PP as I think Tanev is just scratching his offensive potential. He has good vision from the blue line to pass the puck, kinda lost down low, and doesn't use his shot as much as he should. It's much improved from when we all make jokes his rookie season.
  5. lol @ Kyle Clifford. Dafuq is he doing on any list of interest?
  6. Hopefully Backes, Oshie and Jbo have some serious Jetlag.
  7. Loui has bin hit on the noggin too many times, too risky to acquire after lookin at what's happened to Danny.
  8. More like having great players carry him against crappy teams. Daniel is the burden on his line here. Hank and Kes have been fine for most of the season, Danny still does nothing with em.
  9. If we trade Tanev, I will become a Columbus Blue Jackets fan. Good ol Lumbus, nice and calm, just happy to win a faceoff.
  10. If he gets you the same value, then sure. Prob not tho. Don't see us re inking Diaz next season, wouldn't want to, so may as well squeeze a pick. That pick could help ease the pain in moving our 1st if it ends up high and there's a certain young forward available.
  11. I would be more worried about our forwards. According to Habs, Diaz is like the anti-christ of the playoffs. Weber and Corrado are fine as far as injury fill ins. We don't need him, and a pick will help our pool.
  12. Tanev will be better than Hamhuis next season. He is already playing better this season, and much of last. He's gonna crack 30 points too.
  13. Not getting the love for Diaz, trade him at the deadline to a team worried about injuries and depth in their upcoming run.
  14. Wouldn't mind seeing Gaunce, Jensen and Shinkaruk all in Utica next season, with Bo playing another year in London, and possibly a year in the AHL after. Lets take er easy. Atleast our farm team won't suck.
  15. Players taken on waivers do not count as nothing. We picked Stanton up there, would have to be high to trade him for Diaz. Grabner was waived for NYI to claim, there's a long list of em. Weise was pretty good, him and Sestito, both waived by previous teams, gave us a legit 4th line.
  16. Feel for Kes, can tell he can't stand this losing, and he's surrounded by plugs. Plugs plugging things.
  17. I wouldn't mind moving Edler for a D prospect + forward. Philly just drafted some 6'7 monster 11th overall, Morin. Edler, Hansen, pick for Morin + Simmonds??? Would have been easier at the draft.......but ya.
  18. Kesler should be kept. He is perfect for adding young talent around. Imagine if he was an Oiler, I doubt all those 1st overalls would be looking for more company..
  19. I will forget about the rest of 2014 if we can beat the Bruins and Laffs this week.
  20. Daniel alone behind the defense, keeps his back turned to the net, passes back to the slot/point...... 7 mill 4 more years yo.
  21. Statistically the best offense of all time. Held to single digits (largely in part to the huge lead and Seattle backing off, otherwise we are talking a shutout..).....Someone goofed. Today, the criticism is warranted.
  22. Pshhttt. Don't even know how to party.
