Man...two amazing dethronings. I knew RDA had what it took to be competitive, but he just made Pettis look like he didn't belong there. I can't wait to see the rematch with Khabib.

And dayum. Joanna Jjjdjdjdjdjj is what strawweight needs. Cute as hell, deadly hands. Awesome to watch.

I'm not too surprised that RDS beat Pettis, but I didn't expect such a one sided fight.

What's with Johny Hendricks? I almost fell asleep during that fight. Is he going to become the next boring, play-it-safe type fighter or you think it was just a one-time thing?

I was pulling for Nelson to beat that arrogant prick. I can't stand Overeem.

Man I hope Aldo beats the fack out of McGregor. Dude's hella overrated.

Lol

Aldo may win. But McGregor is anything but overrated and I think some people are gonna be surprised on July 11. Stylistically, he might be Aldo's nightmare. Physically, he has every advantage except maybe sheer speed. Regardlesa of the result it's going to be the biggest fight in FW history. My money's on a new champ.

Surprised nobody here is talking about Jon Jones. I kind of want to see him just play so that UFC can get the public flak they deserve. Jones and the UFC have been hypocritical up til now, so why stop there??

I want to see him suspended and stripped of the belt. MMA will never become a mainstream sport when its stars get into situations like this. A lot of people who don't follow the sport think all MMA fighters are thugs, and this only reinforces their opinions.

This isn't the first time Jones has found himself in a questionable situation either. They need to throw the book at him. Pull him from the ppv and have somebody else fight Johnson for an interim belt. Let the legal process play out and if Jones is found innocent they can throw him right back into a title fight.

There should be no excuses for this type of behavior and the UFC should not be tolerant of it. They already dropped the ball on the cocaine fiasco, they really can't afford to turn a blind eye now.

It's Jon Jones. He's the best fighter in the ufc. You really think they would strip him of the belt? Hell no. Let the man fight!

They should. It brings negative publicity on the UFC brand. Don't get me wrong, I love to watch him fight. He is the most dominant champion the light heavyweight division has ever seen! But, it is damaging to the sport and to the UFC brand to keep him as the champ right now.

Allegedly, he ran a red light, hit a car, that car then hit another car, broke a pregnant lady's arm in the crash, he ran from the scene, came back to take money from the car, ran again, left a pipe full of weed in the car, and disappeared off the face of the planet for 24 hours, before turning himself into police.

Why did he run? Was he impaired? We can make all sorts of accusations or assumptions but its possible nobody will never know.

In my opinion, I think he was high, ran the light, crashed, panicked and took off. He should know better! He might have got away with it but an off duty police officer recognized him as he ran off, hopped a fence and ran up a dirt hill. That screams guilty with a slice of something to hide to me. Either way this is a pr nightmare for both Jones and the UFC.

it is a nightmare for the UFC but if they don't suspend him and strip him of the title it'll make it worse for them; only way to fix it is by stripping him of the title and suspending him. Rumours are DC might fight Johnson for the title replacing Jones.

That's exactly what happened Jones suspended and stripped of his title; DC will fight Johnson for the title.

Right decision. Unfortunately the DC Johnson fight won't be as exciting. I expect Cormier to use his wrestling to prevent Johnson from mounting any offence. After he tires him out he'll pick up a submission or boring decision.

I think it can be exciting like you said I see DC wearing Rumble down and then going for the offence; don't forget DC also has knockout power!
