I was better friends with Tom but I always remember him saying how tough his brother was and all that. Good to see him doing so well. And yah, that'd be sick to see him in the UFC. Also.... This show is freaken stacked! Most stacked MMA show ive ever seen. Even the preliminary card is better than most UFC's. You have what people believe is the greatest heavyweight MMA fighter with Fedor Emelianeko fighting the UFC ex champion Tim Sylvia. If all you watch is UFC and have no idea who he is. Take a look at this. The dude fights like a machine. Trains in the russian boonies with outdated equipment like the old movies. Undefeated. Lets see if Sylvia can do anything. Basically.. i think no haha. If it stays standing Tim can go for the win, but Fedor will get in close, trip him and then ground and pound like there is no tommorow. Or maybe armbar. Nog (current UFC heavyweight champion) beat Sylvia like this, and Fedor crushed Nog. It seems Kultar Gill is a reserve fighter. Does that mean if one of the finals gets hurt after their semi final match and he wins that he gets to fight for the final? haha thats nutty. Like the old UFC's where one guy would win all his matches, get hurt and then some dude from nowhere would fight in the final and win it all. I dont know too much about all the japnese fighters but here is the japanese commercial for Dream5. It is on HDNET, or.. TVUplayer or torrents the next day. Its on way to late here in North America. It starts at probably 1am and will go to like 4am. Probably best to down it the next day. and....... Once he loses that will be it for him pretty much. You can only go so far with throwing punches. All his opponents so far have been hacks. Elite XC does not want him to lose. One sportsman, a world champion in wrestling … what was he doing? Yes, he was putting a fork under the bear’s neck. [The practice of hunting bears with a knife involves, once the bear is in front of you, placing a long stick with a letter U-shaped end under the bear’s muzzle as it rears up to fight. Once the stick is in place, the bear isn’t able to bring its body down and the hunter stabs it a number of times, ideally killing it instantly.] And then the bear couldn’t attack him, and he was stabbing it under the ribs in the heart. And as he was stabbing it, that bear swung with its paw. It was dead already -- the paw was its last gasp with all its strength and basically took half of the wrestler’s head off. And of course the other hunters opened fire on the bear, but it was too late. He went to try his luck with a bear, and it didn’t come off. For me everything is still fine. I’m OK. I’ve done it and it was OK. About half a year ago, it was in Russia, in Siberia. Everything was fine. I put the fork underneath him and stabbed him in the heart. And that was it. Affliction is going to be great, Fedor actually fighting someone! Fight of the year ha ha. AA always puts on a good show as well. Isn't Viktor Belfort fighting too? I actually like the UFC one quite a bit too. 2 Weight changes for pretty "name brand" fighters is an interesting thing to witness. As well I will enjoy seeing Jesse "I pee my pants" Taylor fighting again, glad Dana was good to his word and gave him another shot. This is going to be a fun weekend of MMA!
