The lower mainland really does panic whenever it even snows a little. -39 when I was driving home (I guess -25 or so in the car). with no heat. my hands hurt so bad when I came inside because I had spend a few minutes looking for the extension cord to plug in the car. it might get up to -7 this weekend.
