OMG Snow?

Looks like two shots of cold air will be moving in this week and next week, with a chance of flurries Thursday night and Friday.

Next week they say it could be significant snowfall accumulations around the Lower Mainland.

Lo and behold, the new 14 day trend shows 5 days over 10 degrees and raining haha the weathernetwork is a joke.

However, Environment Canada actually does show it becoming quite cool this week.

I was watching the Weather Network last night and one of the ladies said southern BC would be in for a long cold snap, we'll see what happens

lol good luck with that!

if u make it can u drop a line to Translink to let them know which tires u have.

clearly they are better than whatever ones are on the buses :)

Ya, but I would be driving something that would perform a hell of a lot better than a bus anyways. I dunno, if I can make it, it could be a fun way to make some money/meet chicks/endanger the public in general running trips up and down!

Depending on whether we're north or south of the jet stream a week from now it would make all the difference. The border between clear and cold and warm and wet will move up and down the coast all winter and the border is quite distinct. That's why it's not all that uncommon for it to be occasionally radically different between Vancouver and Seattle (and not always in Seattle's favour, the border region itself tends to be very snowy).
