But I found myself thinking of where my family come from. I was born in Aberdeen but my family are all from Barra, so I feel more of a connection with it and consider it where I come from. My family home in Aberdeen is the only thing I really have a connection with there. Anyways, I just remember having to learn this song when I was up there during the Summer at the Feis one year as a kid. I miss that... And then I had my early teenage years when I got bored going there and couldn't stand it. Now I kind of miss it in a way. Weird. Haven't been in about 2 years, need to go back haha.
