UFCanuck
Gillis and the Organization would gladly welcome Subban. The guy is a stud, he breaks strength records every year in the Montreal training camp. GET HIM!!!! To bad we don't have anything to get him, Hodgson and Tanev might have been enough. Oh well. Demo250
This thread is full of fail. Why in the world would Montreal want Schneider?
Danthecanucksfan
I'm so down for getting this guy. Love to have him, hate to play him sort of guy. But we won't.
Ṣpiderman
we trade Schneider for a pick then trade that pick for Subban Montreal doesn't get schneider , someone else does
bossram
We're not getting Subban, and Montreal isn't trading him. This is an idiotic idea. He's one of the few bright spots in Montreal to rebuild around.
Danthecanucksfan
That must be one high pick then because Subban is a fantastic player for Montreal. He's still so young too.
Stick-in-Rink
Might as well get Avery while we're at it.. Oh wait he's retiring.

Lord_E
They have this awesome goalie called Price... Why would they want two awesome goalies ? so they could redo the Halak situation and lose a top 4 D?
kenny effin powers
he would need a serious attitude turnaround first..we dont need him beating up salo and the sedins during practice
JamesB
Essentially giving up Schneider for Subban? I'm not too sure about that... ...
Edler Is a Beast
And why would Montreal need Schneider?
Wyoming Fan
Shoot me! Just shoot me now! That would be my response if that egotistical serious waste of talent became a Canuck.
Puckmonk3y
Not the type of player for our organization. He is arrogant and focus's way too much on the "I" rather than the team. Big pass on this.
Blade Runner
Subban would be a great return for Schneider. That's about the kind of return we can hope for. Defensemen like him don't come around very often. He's dynamic, throws huge hits, great skater and plays with a ton of heart. His defensive play is getting better all the time as well. Sure, it's clear that Schneider is going to be a great goalie in this league for years to come, but the Canucks aren't exactly dealing from a position of strength. I'm not sure that enough teams are looking for a goalie right now to create a bidding war, and he's a restricted free agent this summer and it will be difficult to get him signed with the lack of cap space the Canucks have. Montreal would be stupid to trade Subban, but Gauthier is shockingly incompetent at times.

Red Light Racicot
Id take him in a heartbeat for the right price. Imo, that Habs team seems innately disfunctional with or without Subban.
