Sylvan Lake Canuck
Finally saw "The Grey" with Liam Neeson yesterday, and wanted to know where it was filmed (also I'm a bit of a post-credits geek). It was done in Smithers as the town was thanked. Then towards the end of the thank-yous, it says Vancouver Canucks Organization. Anyone know how the Canucks were involved in this film? AbbyNucksFan
I seem to remember a while ago he (Liam Neeson) was a guest of the Aquilinis at a home game one time.. could just be something like that.. he wanted to thank them for that

Kamero89
The Grey was such a bad movie, that the credits were the best part. Not suprised those entertianed you more than the movie. I am guessing someone owns a house or property up there, and let the cast either shoot, or stay on it

Mr. Shakermaker
The grey was a damn good movie, not great, but by movie standards today it was very solid. Though I wasn't a fan of the CGI, I just don't buy into that stuff. Perhaps you should remove your heads from your asses next time you see a movie, you might find that you get a better view

nucks07
there was a scene in the movie "the way back" that totally reminded me of the grey. The scene was in siberia just as they started their trek with the wolves howling in the dark.. scary stuff haha
