Tortorella's Rant Posted June 24, 2013 Share Posted June 24, 2013 I do 3 days on 1 day off in a push, legs, pull routine. Chest and tri's on day 1, legs on day two, back and bi's on day three, rest and repeat. Abs every other workout. Never understood why people do triceps and chest on the same day.
