Also, #44's suspension was intended to deter further similar acts of aggression or so they said. Funny how all these years later those rules do not apply to Boston. I've always supported bertuzzi and never believed he did anything that bad. I liked what he did and why he did it. I obviously didn't want moore to break his neck though.
