Someone with experience teaching younger players, and who can teach them the systems and fundamentals needed to produce offensively at the NHL level. I think the relationship between him and Gillis is not that bad. I mean if there were as much interest as he said earlier, I think he would be signed now. I think he will slowly realize that no team (at least up to now) want to risk signing him and he will finally accept and take part in a management / coaching role.
