Argon
so I am in australia for three months starting sept 9th, and my three year phone plan with Bell is up mid december. What I'm wondering, is if I hold onto my plan for the three months I'm gone, will I be able to get a cheaper plan with Bell because I'm still their customer? Or is there no negotiation with new plans regardless of being a returning customer or not? I really don't know how much power I have when it comes to phone negotiations.. I'd like to not have to spend $100-150 on 2-3 months (depending on their cutoff date) worth of a phone plan unless I can make that money up on a discounted plan/free add ons. And also I like the idea of keeping my current number, which I'm guessing I couldnt do if I cancelled 2-3 months early. anyone have experience with such things? King Heffy
You could probably offload the plan to someone as it's going to be priced better than anything currently available. Then port your number over to a VoIP service and you should save yourself a few bucks.
