non calls happen it's so easy for you to look at a replay and say that is a penalty try doing that on the fly because that is what the refs have to put up with

or maybe they are just leaving it in the hands of the players... you know let them play. If they made every call then the game would be so slow and it would lead to the art of drawing penalties to win the games. I would rather see refs let the players play.

The problem is O'Halloran has a history of such appalling conduct that he's bordering on sub-human.

if there is a rulebook, freaken call by it, if not, then don't have it public and open for everyone to see

the fact refs don't call accordingly and same plays in a game can sometimes warrant a penalty and sometimes not is a joke...

its a rulebook, not there for reference only....

is it too much to ask for as fans to want improvement in refereeing? especially when refereeing seems to affect the game more than it should
