DonLever Posted January 13, 2015 Share Posted January 13, 2015 Rod Taylor died on Jan. 10, days short of his 85 birthday. He starred in the Time Machine, The Birds, and many other films. He was also considered for the role of James Bond before Sean Connery got it. Rod was born in Australia but mainly worked in Hollywood. thema Posted January 13, 2015 Share Posted January 13, 2015 I remember seeing "Dark of the Sun" in the theater when I was a kid; very violent movie but thrilling nonetheless.
