Go Faulk Yourself
Other than cars, because I currently own a beater, I tend to have the "Go big or go home" mentality when purchasing. What I've witnessed is that it is almost always the case of you get what you pay for. If you cheap out, it'll likely follow suit with the product you paid for in due time. With that, I always go for the highest quality version of said product, or right below said quality. I have not had any issues thanks to this mindset, and although I fork out more money, I find it worth it in the long run. I also don't indulge or impulse buy anyways, as I'm usually set out on what I want before I purchase it, so I'd say I keep myself financially stable enough to continuously buy this way. Tre Mac
Quality, price, need, country of origin. I think it applies to most of the stuff i buy. Like food i wouldnt skimp and buy dairy or meat at Wal-Mart. I rather pay more and shop at a butcher because i know the quality will be substantially better. I always try to buy Canadian. avelanch
a combination of quality and price. I may sacrifice one for the other depending on how much higher the quality is, or how much lower the price is.
