Edlerberry Posted July 11, 2015 Share Posted July 11, 2015 38500 plus lot fees/utilities buys a 35 yr old double-wide in squamish. lot fees aren't cheap, probably 650-800 but includes water/garbage/gardening etc. then heat plus electricity. thats about the closest 100k 3 bed 2 bath gets, 45 minutes to stanley park with no bridge traffic.
