List of players: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/147LE9RlE4aWYcNu8f-8SSXPvCUiIG8pV1q2IL-JJMTQ/edit?usp=sharing

*List is not complete, you CAN draft players not on this list. Player ratings, rank, contracts, etc are based on the current 2015/16 season.

Things to consider:

  • Cap is 71.4m
  • 30 rounds (23 roster players + 7 AHL prospects)
  • You MUST HAVE 23 players on opening night.
  • Undrafted player after the draft will be free-agents.
  • Undrafted prospects after the draft will be eligible for next years draft.
  • You can still use the re-negotiation perk on two players.

Time Limits:

2 hour time limits will be enforced in Round 2 starting at 9AM to 11PM, and you have the option to:

  • Send a list
  • Skip (make the pick whenever you are free at any time)
  • BPA (receive best player available)
  • BPA List (receive BPA based on what you specify like LW)

I advise to download KIK messenger for Android/iPhone (number will be hidden) or provide Tigs, BM or Mikey (or all 3) your phone number. Half the league has it already.

Perks for Season 1:

    Total points: 6

    NHL ready *NEW*:
The player ratings were made before the pre-season. So some young guys are in the NHL, but not 'NHL ready' in this game. Using this perk makes them NHL ready. Can only be used on prospects currently playing in the NHL. (limit 1)
    Perk cost: 5pts

    Prospect scouting report *UPDATED*:
Get a brief overview of your prospects potential, how many years he should spend in the minors/how NHL ready is he, whats his potential, is he a bust/worth keeping.
    Perk cost: 1pts

    Entry draft scouts:
Get more scouting reports on created prospects for the next entry draft (default is 3, perk gives you 12).
    Perk cost: 2pts (limit 1)

    Get team overalls:

Get overalls for 6 of your players on your team. (limit 1)

    Perk cost: 1pts

    Scout other teams overalls:

Get overalls for players on other teams for potential trades. Limited to 4 players per week. (limit 1)

    Perk cost: 3pts

    Assistant coach:
Get weekly line suggestions from your assistant coach. (you must initiate the PM)
    Perk cost: 5pts

    Additional contract re-negotiation *NEW*:

Default is two (for free), re-negotiate a contract with another player. (limit 1)

    Perk cost: 2pts

    10% discount on resigning:
Save 10% on resigning a pending RFA or a recently signed RFA. (for next off-season)
    Perk cost: 3pts

    5% discount on resigning:
Save 5% on resigning a pending RFA or a recently signed RFA. (for next off-season)
    Perk cost: 1pt

    Force position change:
Force a natural C, LW, RW to a different position. Does not apply for defense or goalies. If you have proof player has played a different position before, then don't purchase perk.
    Perk cost: 1pt

    Change player type:

Change your players 'type' (PWF/TWF/SNP/PLY/OD/DD etc..) but you must have a valid argument in doing so.

    Perk cost: 1pt

    Additional draft pick:

Get an extra draft pick for the upcoming draft. There are only 2 rounds, so you are getting a early 3rd. This can also be traded.

Perk cost: 2 pts (limit 1)

    __________________________________________________________________

Gary Roberts training camp *CANNOT BE USED IN YEAR 1*:

Have a good player who has been struggling in RGMG, who you think could be whipped back into shape? This perk increases the chances of the player bouncing back.
