It's part of the anti-semitic story line that Jews are responsible for troubles across all societies, and are, therefore, universally hated. In reality, everybody hates everyone else. Most people in Asia don't really care about Jews. In almost every situation where there is a powerful majority and a minority, you end up with persecution and hatred.
