Unless you can prove racial/ethnic discrimination ( say for eg, China subjugating and discriminating against Uyghurs in Xinjiang), then it *is* for the entire nation to deceide. Afterall, its everyone's right to land, jobs and relocation that gets affected. Otherwise, if a block from Vancouver decieded to seceede willy nilly, they should have the right to do so as well.
