Unless he's learning how to actually play his position, it will be addition by subtraction if he leaves.

Hughes just finished his second season and has the handicap of Baumgartner.  Barrie has played for 3 teams and has never even approached an acceptable standard of play in his own zone.  He has proven over the long-term than he has zero chance of ever being a legit NHLer, and I'm looking forward to playing against that pylon again going forward.
