  1. Watch them shut down the Canucks when they play them CDC will lose their minds
  2. I do believe there is a strong argument for both tbh, I agree with what you're saying, and I strongly stand behind my stance on them as well, I believe both are valid for protection, hence why it's even more important to wear it. But it's also not 100% effective, depending on the mask for example N95 it says it's 95% effective, that means there's a 5% chance of breathing in something I would tend to believe it would be the same for breathing out, definitely would be good for someone who has the virus for cutting it down for being airborne after, but also gives you now a 95% chance of hopefully not catching the virus, which I believe is good as well. Either which way you look at it masking up until the virus is gone is the best measure to take, for your protection or protection of others.
  3. Is this sarcasm I really can't tell... But I'll say this, why do concrete finishers wear masks? How does it protect them?
  4. Good thing SARS vanished and wasn't as bad as this one. The problem I don't like with Henry approach here is people who aren't vaccinated now don't have to wear a mask that's not good either.
  5. Good for you, until more proven stats come out I wouldn't risk it if I was you even if they say after 14 days you're fully vaccinated, until this delta variant is under control and more studies are done it's too risky by the looks of it to not mask up still for your safety.
  6. For the people who have been vaccinated and think hey I don't have to wear a mask anymore, you should really re-evaluate that one imo especially with this Delta variant going around, but then again I question the government in making this mask thing not mandatory anymore, but read what I bolded in that article and really start to question does Canada really know? Some Vaccinated People Are Dying of Covid-19. Here’s Why Scientists Aren’t Surprised. LONDON—As the Delta variant of the coronavirus surges through the U.K., almost half of the country’s recent Covid-19 deaths are of people who have been vaccinated. But doctors and scientists aren’t sounding the alarm about the apparently high proportion of deaths among the vaccinated population. On the contrary, they say the figures so far offer reassurance that vaccines offer substantial protection against the variant, particularly after two doses. Delta, first identified in India, has since spread to at least 85 countries, including the U.S., where it is now estimated to be the most common variant. The U.K. is a testing ground for how vaccines are coping. Delta is racing through the country—with 146,000 identified cases in the past week, 72% up on the week before. The country is also a world leader in identifying through testing and genetic sequencing which versions of the virus are prevalent: By mid-June, 97% of cases were Delta infections. And Delta is spreading among a population that is among the most highly vaccinated in the world: 85% of adults have had at least one vaccine shot and 63% have had two. The spread of Delta has led the U.K. government to postpone by a month the ending of Covid restrictions until July 19. But ministers are increasingly confident that the unlocking will take place as planned because vaccinations have broken the lockstep between new cases, later hospitalizations and deaths. https://www.wsj.com/articles/some-vaccinated-people-are-dying-of-covid-19-heres-why-scientists-arent-surprised-11625227200
  7. I always liked Tellez I thought Vladdy and Tellez would be a good combo at 1B/DH for years to come, but did acknowledge if his numbers didn't start going up this year he may be moved, it is what it is, but I hope this management holds Jansen to these same standards because it seems like they don't and he should of been gone last year, especially when I heard rumors of moving kirk or McGuire and not Jansen name recently.
  8. Pitchers are supposedly freaking out over this sticky stuff thing I didn't know about this. I read one where the guy is basically saying he can't throw the ball properly anymore , another pitcher is blaming his injury now on not being able to use this sticky stuff . I wasn't aware it was this bad and how much they have relied on it, crazy cheaters.
  9. This is the one you saw right? https://dailyhive.com/vancouver/nate-schmidt-wants-canucks-trade I noticed it got bumped from the status updates. So Nate Schmidt who's 29, has a 10 team no trade list, so he has a little say in where he wants to play, he saw a young Canucks team the year before have some success agreed to a trade to Vancouver, probably thinking they would continue to improve instead it was a disaster. Then to hear it's maybe a couple years away from being competitive, now a guy who's kind of in his prime years and been playing in the playoffs for the last few years in Vegas, doesn't not want to be playing in the playoffs imo, it just wouldn't surprise me one bit if he wanted to be traded out.
  10. Politics got involved way too much.
  11. Ever since Craig Ferguson left I've lost interest
  12. Maybe a small amount, but I believe it's mostly just playing the game you love to play and hoping you can still compete and have a chance to win the Stanley Cup hopefully. That's basically the dream after you have made the NHL, to win the big prize after, but when your career is in jeopardy when you still have years left to play you don't want to not play, you want to play and compete, I tend to lean to that and not so much fulfilling his contract, but just being able to play.
  13. I never watch his shows tbh, the only one I ever do watch if I do watch one is Trevor Noah, but it's been a while since I've watched one.
  14. Nope can't say I have, but the way you replied to me made me think that you don't believe it's true at all because of the source and questioning me for even considering it a possibility of truth, so you don't believe he wants to be moved, correct?
  15. Yeah that was a little much I'd say
  16. Do you really believe though that every player is happy on this team? Do you really believe no one would be interested in going somewhere else? Instead of people always questioning sources, ask yourselves the real question, then make decisions, I really don't believe everything is as peachy as some may want to believe.
