Hogs vs Wolves tonight.... anybody have a prediction ?

The Hogs give up ALOT of goals... I just hope they can keep it to 3 or less as they have their top scorer/forward Pirri up with the Hawks.

The Hogs need to concentrate on defense first, they gave up five PP goals in their last game against Milwaukee..

edit: The Hawks sent Pirri down (probably don't want him to get his 10 games in) and have called up Jimmy Hayes.

Looks like Bitz has scored in his first game in 2 years.

Wolves take it 5-2 over Peoria. Lack in net with 30 saves and Duco with a hattrick. Longpre opening the scoring and Bitz with the game winner.

Sauve and Della Rovere in a fight (with Sauve getting 2 and 10 for instigating!) and Oreo with three minor penalties.

3 Stars

1. CHI - 17 Mike Duco

2. CHI - 32 Byron Bitz

3. CHI - 18 Jordan Schroeder

Schroeder must have been flying out there to earn a star with no points and -1 on the night while on the road.

Bitz with the game winner... nice.

Good on Sauve standing up for the high hit on Baumer. It wasn't horribly illegal or anything, but a response was welcome in that situation. Just goes to show you can still have that kind of response when enforcers aren't employed by either side in favour of actual hockey players.

Man, was Duco's first goal a snipe!

Other than that, I've seen Erixon's name on the scratch list a little more lately, I wonder how he's been doing. Haven't heard as much from Schroeder or Rodin either.
