DeNiro
The Good News: Grenier is back playing, and he was bumped up to the first line. And they even have him playing centre, which is weird cause he's a right winger. He may have just been filling in for someone though. The Bad News: No points for him yesterday
DeNiro
Grenier with a goal in Salzburg's 5-4 loss today. And if the lineup chart is right, they had him playing defense today...
DeNiro
Grenier with a goal and an assist yesterday in Salzburg's 4-0 win. He now has 9 points (3G,6A) in 14 GP, and is back centering the first line.
DeNiro
Highlights from a few days ago. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCi19YTnNhs Grenier is number 59. He has a nice drop pass, and scores a goal in the first half of the highlights. Sam Gagner also scores a ridiculous goal, and has two goals on the night. DeNiro
Highlights from yesterday's 4-0 win. Grenier is number 59 and is all over the highlight package. He basically scored two goals, but his shot barely touched another player right in front of the net. His second goal was a beauty breakaway goal though, it made play of the day. http://www.redbull.c...021243277523273

UFCanuck
Kassian's getting called up, so Grenier will fill in. Big shoes to fill, but he is big.
DeNiro
Good to see. He hasn't even been playing for Salzburg for awhile. It will be good to get him playing again. And we all know the Wolves could use some help up front now.
NuxFan09
This is actually a nice situation. The Canucks can now assess Grenier's play in the AHL on their farm team without potentially wasting a contract spot by signing him themselves. It'll definitely be interesting to follow another prospect in the AHL.
