Chicago also has released the following nine players outright from training camp: forwards John Armstrong, BRIAN BICEK, CODY CRICHTON, MATTHEW GINGERA, KEATON TURKIEWICZ, and PODGE TURNBULL and defensemen VINCE LoVERDE, DAN MAGGIO, and MATT McCREADY. The Wolves continue their preseason slate at 7 p.m. today when they host the Rockford IceHogs at the West Meadows Ice Arena in Rolling Meadows. The team battles the Peoria Rivermen at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 5 at the Triphahn Community Center and Ice Arena before concluding its camp with a contest against the Milwaukee Admirals at the Milwaukee School of Engineering’s Kern Center at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 6. The Wolves 19th home opener, presented by LifeSource, will be an Illinois Lottery Cup game against the Rockford IceHogs at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 13, at the Allstate Arena.
