Sorry for bumping an old thread but I stumbled across these headphones and some say its better than Beats.. Was wondering if it was worth the $400+ even though I don't wanna spend THAT much.

Some reason the black one costs $81 more...

For such an expensive set of headphones, the frequency response is pretty slim. I'm thinking they're so much mostly because they're wireless.
To the people that say beats are comfortable, I beg to differ. They get uncomfortable and/or heavy after an hour or so.

Personally, I recommend the Sony XB series. I have the XB700's which are 2 years old, the bass is pretty damn powerful, the sound is crisp (for example, Calvin Harris' new album sounds amazing), they cancel sound pretty well at mid-volume, and are pretty cheap. Some don't like how big they are on your head, so if that's the case I'd still recommend the XB500's as the quality is fairly close at 50ish dollars less. You don't need to spend a bunch of money to get really good headphones, unless you're an audiophile you won't be able to tell much of a difference between 200 and 500 dollar headphones.

Here are the headphones I recommend:

or the 500's:

In the 4th picture in the 500's, you can see the size difference between the 500s and 700s. There are 1000s too if you want to go more expensive and bigger as well.
