Well Dallas just lucked out because if someone else bid league max Dallas wouldn't be entered into the draw

Carolina will be penalized, I've asked Edmonton what he's looking for that would be equivalent to eating 1 million on a contract

Toronto either he has to give him 12 million for 3 more years or force to let him walk at years end. I think he should have to since him for 3 more years at 12 million per, just like Edmonton and Kulikov 2 years more at 10 million

Just be aware that anyone trading for these 2 players they will have to honour those terms
