MarchandSucks
Is Kesler really that key? Of the 5 power plays, only two had legitimate chances. IMO we really do need Kes in front. Hansens good, but he's no scorer Thoughts?
CanucksFanMike
Put either Burr or Kass on the 1st pp unit to stand in front

Ugli Fruit
Didn't Kesler get more PP goals than he did ES? If I recall correctly, Mason Raymond had more ES assists than Kesler did last season. Kesler lives or dies by the powerplay, and apparently so does Vancouver.

Dayman
It'll also be great once Booth is back so we have additional players that could slot in
DeNiro
Kesler is the engine that drives this team. Without him they are just lacking in intensity.
Ugli Fruit
He had 13 ES goals and 8 PP goals last year so your first part is not accurate. Kesler had 15 ES assists and Raymond had 10. Also not accurate. Your point about Vancouver living and dying by the PP....very true and a big reason they struggle at times in the playoffs when other teams turn up the aggressive PK tactics. Derp...
Kass was really strong on the puck tonight along the boards in the Offensive zone, He can help grind out those powerplay goals when the skill plays just arn't quite clicking for the first 5-6 games. wish he had hit the open net on either of his other 2 scoring chances today and the one yesterday. Could have 4 goals this season already! Keep it up!
