DrChill
Some argue that we are short a top 6 forward. Stewart is known to be on the block. Sabers are Rumoured to be asking for 2 young players, or a prospect and a pick. He is UFA this year 4.125 million. 6'3" 230lbs Could slot into right side on second line, moving Burrows to the left. Should we be interested? What could we offer ?
TheRussianRocket.
He's a good player but I'd pass simply because we have too many mid-tier players like him already. Stewart was good a few years ago but lost his step and is a inconsistent 2nd/3rd liner. During his best days in St.Louis he was a good 2nd liner but that's not the case anymore, or at least for now. Burrows/Higgins/Hansen, too many of the same players plus Chris has a big cap and could likely leave as a FA too. Idk, I'd pass and leave spots open for young guys to jump in. Rather try to transition to the next stage than try to keep adding to the current team.
canucklehead44
Fringe first liner most of his career but struggled to put up second line numbers the past two seasons. Huge risk and medium to high return. Not worth it at this stage.
Honeydew
Rather sign him in the off season for 2mill + than trade for him.

Not only should we not be interested we should be praying Benning doesn't find him palatable.
Pimp C
Why would we want a floater like Stewart?
