    Finally decided to quit smoking. Just finished my first 24 hour period in years without one. Wish me luck.

      @VancouverHabitantAbout noon on Friday was my last one, so just 12 more hours. It honestly hasn't been too bad so far, although the patch has helped immensely. 

       

      @NurngeGood advice. I should have about $300 extra dollars a month to burn, so I might as well treat myself.

      Good job, keep it going.  It is hard work but worth it.

      $300 a month. Save that up for a year and you can almost go to a Canucks game.

      Keep it up.  I quit when it wen to $1 a pack.  About 40 years ago. Working as a cook at night. Chewed on a lot of straws in the hotel lounge after work ;)
