I understand Hippy. But you're banking on potential. Which he hasn't gotten to yet. Like I said if the Rags threw in a 2nd round pick, that would be really hard to say no to.

@Ghostsof1915all I know is Kuzmenko is playing himself towards as $7+ million contract minimum.  he is/was a free asset right now.  Flipping him for Lafreniere and then heloing him to either grow with the team (Laf/Pettersson) which fits our timeline, or showcasing him for a larger package to say Montreal or Ottawa is the kind of asset management this team is missing.

Taking a free asset and turning it in to multiple assets is something we should be looking to do regardless.
