    I am boycotting the local media here.  I know it's not going to change anything but personally I am so sick of the toxicity that constantly gets spewed out here.  I am now relying on you CDC to bring me all my Canuck coverage.  Don't let me down.

      Not really @Tortorella's Rant.  5 years ago they were still pretending to be competitive.  They have only really started to be serious about the rebuild for maybe 3 years, and I bet it will take 3 years more.  And that's not a criticism, it's just how long it will take for these prospects to mature and start to contribute at an NHL level.

       

      As for the media, I abandoned 1040 a long time ago.  I've been listening to Prime Time Sports.  Sure, it's Toronto focused, but they do do cover a fair amount of general sports and it's a pretty good show.  I use their podcast and there's almost no advertising, so that makes it enjoyable too.

      i don't think i can name any Vancouver media  that has treated the Canucks with respect.!!!!  not when we went to the cup and not now!
