    You really expect an NHL coach to quit the job? You think he's going to go look for a coaching job if the rest of the league knows he walked out on a team when things got tough? Give your head a shake. Aquilini should grow a pair and fire him if he's not part of the plan anymore. It's not the coach's job to determine whether he should be there or not.

    Those two things are not mutually exclusive. Kane is not the embodiment of toughness and he is not the only possible solution to our teams lack of toughness. There are plenty of reasons to not want Kane in this organization. Wait five minutes and he’ll give you another one. You can not want Kane on the team and want the team to be tougher at the same time.

    Yeah, regardless of what Pettersson is or isn't doing, he's not going anywhere. I'm in full agreement Green has to go.

    Fair, but Petey is working significantly less hard than the majority of the team. I can't blame the team for not being at exactly 100%, but Pettersson is on a whole different level of disinterest.

    Absolutely. I don't care if you're upset with your coach or your teammates or your goalie or Fin or whoever. You're still supposed to be a professional.
