      Personally I would try and trade up into the 20's and target one of Fabbro, McAvoy, and Bean.  Otherwise I think Morrison and Benson would be good picks despite our desperate need for defenseman, but if you go D I don't think you can go wrong with Lindgren.

       

      If am Benning I would probably try and trade down a couple of spots and target Cholowski, Movrare and Johansen. Most of the players in that range are forwards and unless Debrincat, Tufte or Jones are available they aren't anything special

    In hindsight this is probably a good thing since it ensures we'll probably be in a similar draft position next year. If we picked top 3 Benning probably would have had a go at the playoffs next year.

      Cause a top 3 pick will automatically make us a lot better of a team right. Seriously some people seriously overrate prospects, regardless of if we got a top 3 or not this teams going to be better next year.

       

      Why you ask?

       

      because we won't have a top 6 forwards and top 4 defenseman injuried for the whole season.....

       

      Logic not CDCs strong suit
