    I don't understand why people blame management over the Tryamkin signing, it's not really in their control.

      Its a  real head scratcher from both sides, I feel Jim could have done more and I feel Nik made a real career mistake.

      @S'all Good Man Tryamkin found it hard being away from home for 1 year. Why would being locked in for 4 years be more appealing?
