    hey mll - do you know if a player who is waiver exempt can sign an offer sheet? there's a lot of confusion around Tryamkin's status - he's still waiver exempt so would that mean he's a 10.2(c) RFA and not a group 2 that can be offer sheeted?

      He's not available until April 30th, given his KHL deal. Can't sign him this season.

      According to Capfriendly it's not about waivers, it's about years of professional experience at the conclusion of their current contract.
