@debluvscanucks whether its the next game or early next year ,like you say 'these guys will grow into it' can we afford seeing boeser or some other valued player crawling back to the bench ? because we didn't have a deterent factor provided them until they did figure it out .  players are going to take liberties on us ,because there's  little to no consequence .

I absolutely love fighting in hockey... but how on earth are people complaining about "The Response"? What unfolded in front of our eyes was absolutely magical. I've never seen a Canuck do that... like I get it if you're complaining about it if we ended up getting scored on shorthanded or did nothing all powerplay.

But the team + Brock stepped up. That is in my opinion one of the most incredible regular season events I've witnessed as a Canuck fan... instant justice in terms of a snipe job by Brock and incredible team cycle. 

The fight can be done later... we'll play the Kings again. There will be redemption. That wasn't the time for redemption in terms of a fight. 

First thing first, no one going to Bertuzzi - Moore someone again. 

Second thing second, Brock's response goal was the best part about last night, props to Bo though, he left the ice right away on that 5 on 3. What a leader, eh!

Third thing third, we still need toughness. Dudes like Taylor are nailing our guys...Larsen...Boeser....

Fourth thing fourth, I would rather have a physical 4th line, than a bunch of shutdown skilled guys who are really going to do nothing in there limited minutes. A physical 4th line was the way it always was, way more entertaining, just recently changed. I remember in 2011, we had Torres, Oreskovich, Glass and Vingeault would start them to get crowd going and bring some energy to the team.

5th thing fifth, the NHL hasn't been as entertaining since 2012, due to all this craze of young guys and the loss of physical play.
