Even if Brock has a bad entire season it's really not the end of the world. Look at the season Toews just had... Besides players go through sophomore slumps all the time. This will also bring his value down and chances are he will sign a bridge deal instead of get locked up long term. Dont get me wrong, I hope he turns it around tomorrow, but these knee jerk reactions are laughable. Go Brock Go

Baertschi Horvat Eriksson Horvat is a bit of a puck hog, him and Baer already have chemistry and Eriksson is a pretty good puck distributor and can pick up the defensive responsibility on the line. Definitely a weak top line but it can be matched up to create better match ups for line 2. Goldobin Petterson Boeser Petterson will wake Brock up, this line speaks for itself, eventually will become top line, baby steps. Bottom 6 stays the same

I guess I'm in the minority but I don't mind hutton or Pouliot. They are still youngish and decent in limited roles, I would definitely remove Del Zotto first by a country mile.

Bure also was way ahead of his time. The game was so much slower back then, causing the Russian rocket to stand out even more.

I remember the world juniors before OJ was drafted, Finland won gold with him and Laine etc... in the semis against Canada they won a barn burner by the score of something like 8-6 or 7-5. It was a high scoring game anyway. I distinctly remember Juolevi standing out on that stacked team, he dished the puck well to Laine and Puljujarvi and co. I'm confident he will do the same with us, I dont follow junior hockey much and when JB called his name that's where I heard it from, I remembered that game. OJ is gonna be a great player for us.

Gaudette has to be on the opening night roster. Theres no way they waste a year on his elc for a hand full of games, just to put him in the minors a few months later.
