  1. Wrong again and still sans substance. It is you who is choosing to not understand my position. From my posts, you know nothing.
  2. It's is astounding how you and the other ultra Lefties can conjure so much fake news from "one small line" I "owe" you? Arrogant, hypocritical and Passive Aggressive. Not my favourite combination tbh. As far as recognizing people's rights, again you are completely wrong and being total hypocrite. Also, next time, please bring some substance. I can't go any further with you when you have nothing to say.
  3. I honestly can't believe how arrogant and hypocritical you are (and this goes across multiple threads). Keep on your high horse, Champ, we accept all types here at CDC.
  4. I poached this from that shabby board where the whiniest whiners hang out but it provides some interesting insight as to why Vancouver moved away from the blue and green colour scheme in the first place. Canuck colors: trick or treat?Taylor, Jim. The Globe and Mail [Toronto, Ont] 30 Aug 1978: P.29. ...Reports that the Canucks might ditch their green, blue and white uniforms have been circulating for months. Most thought they'd follow tradition and change the blue to red. But no, the new look is red-orange, yellow, and black... They hired a U.S. communications counselling firm to find out what was wrong with their old image and come up with a new one, something that would make the customers forget the ghosts of disasters past. For only $100,000 they got their answer... Monday morning... I phoned Bill Boyd of Beyl and Boyd, the San Francisco firm responsible for the new look."The Canuck colors," he said, "were all wrong. Blue-green is the coolest color of all. Slows the pulse, reduces aggression, promotes calmness... Psychiatric wards are painted blue-green... Encourages tranquility... White, being a passive color, induces the least response of all. And green -- did you know that in ancient times green -- not black, but green -- was the color symbolizing death?"... Boyd's group has never seen the Canucks. But so far he'd painted his picture of a bunch of dead-looking guys skating calmly around with no aggressive tendencies and a pulse that's barely registering...."... To the ancients, blue symbolized saintliness. It was their color of virginity... There are physical and psychological differences in people's responses to different colors... Colors are read by rods and cones in the eyes and the input travels along different sets of nerves... With the Canuck uniforms we are going from the coolest of colors -- blue-green -- to the hottest -- red-orange. The cool color is passive, the hot one aggressive. Plus the black. It's the contrast of colors that creates emotion. White produces no response at all, so we went for yellow -- which is warm, pleasant, happy. Upbeat. What we are attempting to create is an atmosphere that will help create the happy, upbeat, aggressive player -- and, hopefully, the happy, upbeat fan. The Canucks want to provide the fan with an atmosphere in which it's easier for him or her to have fun."..."V," he said, "is for Vancouver... It's fortunate, too... because it creates the ideal diagonal stripe. All teams have horizontal or vertical stripes. That's static. Diagonal stripes get your attention. They're like the crooked picture on the wall. You have to fix it or it drives you crazy."... But now he was on to my favorite subject, the Canuck crest... "We analyzed the colors and logo of every team in every major league sport. We gave the Canucks 20 different approaches. Mike Bull, a San Francisco illustrator who did the Levi jeans commercials on television and whose work is known to millions, did the one that's been accepted -- the skating speeding over the word Canuck. It has motion and style. It's pop art, sure, but we don't mind the term. Pop simply means popular, doesn't it?"... Beyl and Boyd had two three-hour sessions with the Canuck directors outlining the new color scheme....It must have been fun explaining that there were other colors besides red, blue and dollar green... But the job is done -- a job so radical that the patterns had to be made by a flag-manufacturing company and the actual uniforms will be made by firms new to hockey because the old firms aren't geared to handle them... "The fans will love them," Boyd said... And they will -- if somebody in them can win....
  5. Agreed. Appreciation and respect for the human body does not have anything to do with the pride parade. I am talking about lewd sexual conduct in public, in front of families and children and now it is being normalized in some people's minds. Again, context, an Adult Situation with Adults taking adult choices that sometimes land them in jail. And therein lies the difference between the beach and the parade. Also, no slap on the wrist for people twisting my words and putting words I my mouth? Some people are so desperate for a boogieman... The parade is entirely sexual. If it was about the love between 2 humans, any 2 humans of consenting age, nobody would have an issue with it.
  6. I don't deny that to be hilarious, given the proper context. But, again, go down to the beach and try that in front of a family or some kids and see what happens...I guarantee you that your missing teeth and incoming criminal record/addition to the sexual offenders registry will have absolutely nothing to do with the "bias" that you are perceiving from me.
  7. Well, there's another way to look at things. If a pride parade was to get a rating like the movies (G, PG, PG-13, R, NC-17), what rating do you think it would receive? My guess would be somewhere between PG-13 and R, depending on the actions of the participants involved.
  8. I did not say it was harmful. I said the acts and public displays were indecent, on the adults behalf.
  9. I once had a '67 Dart GT. It had a blown rear end and no trani.
  10. But according to some posters here, there is absolutely no difference at all. I am confused
  11. Well, you go down to the local beach in a banana hammock, find a family or some kids, stand 10-20 feet away from them and start gyrating and air-humping and showing everyone what a magnificent specimen you are, then see what happens. I'll wait here to be proven wrong.... Also, do you joke about porn hub with your daughters? Is that fantastic dinner convo? Do you have grandchildren and if you do, what age is a good age to start "exposing" them in your mind? Every parent is different and I like knowing how much of an outlier I really am so your honest answers are appreciated.
  12. I get it, he has dropped that joke in other threads and I laughed with it. The context here is children being exposed to sexuality of any type at a young age and that is where the humour dies for me. No, this is the part where the ultra lefties start to personally attack me because the can't handle the facts of my posts, also because most of them are so wrapped up in their ego's and earthly desires that they can't see it wrong to "expose" pre-pubescent children to naked adults who are displaying any number of sexual acts (implied or otherwise).
  13. Whatever. Kids/sexuality and Pornography sites don't mix and there is no humour in it. Especially if you have supposedly raised 3 daughters. Sicko stuff being exposed in here now.
  14. Again, Beaches do not equate to Public displays of sexualism, gay/straight/bestial/whatever. This whole thing where people think it's ok to "introduce" and "expose" kids to sexuality to increase their worldly experience is complete garbage. You all need to think about what it was like to be a kid again.
  15. Now I am really concerned for any kids you might be in contact with. Honestly. Why go to a parade when you can "expose" your kids to everything possible right from the comfort of your own... I am going to make myself puke.
  16. That is wack and borderline child abuse imo. You want to expose your children to other naked adults? People dying isn't natural enough to talk to your children about, but deviant sexualism on public display is normal to you? Like what in the actual &^@#? Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you: The Downfall of Western Civilization (AKA: Ultra Lefties Take Over the World)
  17. No you are wrong again, making asinine assumptions and trying to play up to the ultra lefties here. Zero substance. Nice post count though, Champ.
  18. You haven't rebutted anything I've said so my points stand. Keep making it personal "Champ", and avoid the real issues. Moral Grandstanding on CDC must help you sleep at night, probably offsets how you spend your time in real life.
  19. I didn't say anything like that. I said keep bedroom matters in your bedroom, like a decent human being. Don't go waiving your junk around in kids and family's faces. That's what I said. You said a Pride Parade is = to a day at the beach. That is completely wrong as I have proven in earlier posts, which you choose to cherry pick and ignore. You can go ahead and get off your moral high horse now @Jimmy McGill
  20. Not everyone that disagrees with you is a Hater, Bigot or Racist. Most of them, but not me anyways.

I gave up cats for Lent this year.

  21. Well this is several threads where you have been stalking me and throwing out personal type insults without responding to my points with any substance. Not sure why you seem to have a hard on for me. Well done.
  22. That's why I can't stand the Canuck fans infatuation with Luongo still. Like a pimply teenager that can't let go of his first GF. SHE GONE!!!
  23. Are you trying to get me to buy some real estate? I am happy where I live now thanks.
