I like demko and he's the least of our problems. But the other day on 650 morning show they brought up luongo and how in big games they were always nervous, fans had lack of confidence in him.. At least luongo got us to big games.

This team is cursed. Not only have we had a decade of garbage hockey, we have had minor blips of success that has delayed our rebuild. We would probably be in a better position than we are now if we never made the playoffs in 2015 or had that bubble success. Blow it up this core can't get it done.

In their defense this was a crap road trip to start the season but man 3 blown leads. Team needs a shake up

Horvat is better than you're claiming. They need to put Horvat on PP2, they need a natural centre for face-offs and put Boeser in the bumper spot on PP1

Miller plays both. Do u not remember the lotto line? Miller never played centre here until BB started coaching.

I'll give JR and PA an early pass cause they wanted to see what they had, but if this persists they need to act fast. This is still a JB built team and while they have lots of talent there is no chemistry and team defense is atrocious.

Hoglander blew so many gift wrapped chances. They should try Brock with Kuzmenko and Petey. Pettersson has a lethal shot but he's an even better passer. He'd be getting apples for days with Kuz and Brock

What also baffles me is instead of reviewing it they realize they messed up and justify it by making a ton of make up calls I don't want make up calls, I want the right penalty called at the right time. All those penalties slow the game down and honestly make it tough to watch. I want to watch back and forth hockey, not special teams hemmed in one zone. The NHL needs to fix it. And to make sure coaches don't go crazy challenging every penalty. Make the Rule that you can only challenge a penalty that results in a goal, and if you're incorrect on the challenge, for example, hypothetically, let's say the Hughes high stick was actually a Puck or a inadvertent high stick by a teammate, then you give the 4 minute penalty to the Canucks and take away a timeout. This keeps refs and coaches and players honest and maintains the flow of the game.
