Yep, probably the best PPV of all-time. It completely lived up to the hype that surrounded it for months, even if it wasn't Aldo in the main event.
- Pickett/Almeida was sick. Brad had him early, but that flying knee was amazing. Pretty much the same thing for Bermudez/Stephens. Absolute war, ending with one of the sickest stand-up flying knees you'll see. Some real Bloodsport $&!# right there.
- Gunnar making short work of Thatch surprised the hell outta me. I knew Nelson could win, but not in such a dominating fashion. Thatch needs to maybe move up a class, just seems to big for that division.
- Ohhhhh poor poor Rory. Had it. Literally. Was leading 3-1 on all three judges scorecards heading ito the fifth. He should've kept working that high kick. Robbie was hal-ass blocking it, eventually probably could've shatterted something like his forearm or wrist. But god damn Robbie is a warrior!
- Then there's CONOR FRIGGIN MCGREGOR!!!! Mendes laying on him for 3 and a half minutes. 30 seconds left, Conor gets up and pretty much says, "Alright, you are DONE". Just amazing.
