    the morning show guys (during the linden ad) mentioned that Pettersson won't play on Tuesday. I wonder if that's confirmed somewhere or if they were just talking their opinions as facts?

    He's about to turn 25 and had 1 decent season in the A after 2 decent seasons in Sweden. Yeah, I don't think the Preds are waiting for him to turn into a star, we could probably create a package if we really wanted to.

    Sounds like you're doing everything right. You're being attentive, reflective and assertive while still being very humble. Sounds like she doesn't know what she wants (simultaneously commenting on the space you've given her while responding in frustration and continuing to take space). Sounds like she must be smoking hot, because from this vantage point she's the one getting the long end of the stick here.

    I think Goldy has potential to be first line caliber - he also has the potential to bust out to the khl if he can’t figure out how to consistently play at full intensity. Here’s hoping Green can get through to him shortly.

    Didn’t we draft Juolevi based on his pre-draft year when he racked up points dishing to high-end forwards in junior and at WJC? And don’t we also have some high-end forwards that will soon be ready to be on the receiving end of some of that? i really think that two years from now a lot of this hand-wringing is going to be forgotten

I’m trying really hard not to get too hysterically over-hyped but I’ve been watching hockey a looong time and I can’t think of who Pettersson reminds me of more than the Great One - which is ridiculous and detrimental and all that , but ... yeah I’m probably getting too over-excited
