      Meh. My opinion of a hockey legend doesn’t change because of who he supports politically. My Dad and I vote differently but I still admire him. We just know not to talk politics lol

      His political affiliations don't damn him to me. He's free to feel and advocate for whomever he wishes and I'll still admire him as an excellent hockey player, even if I disagree on other issues.
