It is truly the worst possible idea. we will be paying HIGH caps hits for a very long time. 8 years in total and two of those years will be almost 5 mill! And right when we will need that cap space to be a contender, as Petey will be in his late 20s Id much rather pay the 7.2 for him to anchor the 3rd pairing for the next 4 years, than to feel that pain for 8 more years. Dead cap space shouldn’t be an option
