    with 1 more win Vancouver will vault into 15th in the league good for the 15th draft pick....with 2 more wins...ugghhh....while I desperately want this team to win I also do not want to see them limp into the playoffs battered beaten and completely outworked by either St Louis, Anaheim or Chicago. we have a shot at a potential top 6 C or RW if we don't win via draft, or a chance at having our butts handed to us again in the 1st round...

      First round is against your own division if you're the 2-3 seed. Higher #1 seed plays the lowest wild card, lower #1 seed plays the higher wild card.

      Pacific:

      ANA vs. LAK

      Your numbers are way off. Assuming NJD misses the playoffs, the worst we can pick is 13th if we miss the playoffs (NJD's is 30th no matter where they finish). If we make the playoffs and are eliminated in the first or second round, we'll likely be picking 14-17.

      Right now, we have the 10th pick.

      Crawford is out w/ a concussion. If you're referring to the Canucks, Schneider was great. Not his fault we gave up 40+ shots and I'd guess close to a dozen odd-man rushes/breakaways.

    Since 2008-2009, Schneider's SV% vs. the Sharks is 89.4%. Luongo's is 92.6%. AV should've played Lu tonight, Schneider tomorrow (Schneider > Lu vs. LAK)

      In what way? Lu plays lights out against San Jose while Schneider has struggled. Meanwhile, Schneider has a SV% of 96.0% against Los Angeles and Luongo is nowhere close with a 91.5% SV% (which is still okay, but not great).

    I can't believe you want me to print my own tickets. Given your pricing and indifference to your fans throughout the strike you now want me to use my ink and paper.       The Board of Governors are expected to ratify it today, but the NHLPA also needs to ratify it to make it official. That won't happen until the weekend.
