3-1 Canucks Horvat

Good come back on a back-to-back. Demko played really well, other goalies might have deflated after some of those goals. He was looking like last year's Demko. If he gets going then nobody is going to want to play the Canucks. Need this front office to pull a rabbit out and somehow solidify the defense.

Great effort all around. Good game to watch, had a bit of everything. Now we just need the consistency to play like that every night.

3-1 Canucks, Pettersson.

So very Canucks forum in this thread. We aren't replacing Demko with Martin, stop it. Demko is having a tough stretch but he's one of the best in the league, was getting Celina looks last year. Martin was in the A. Yes Martin is playing good, no you don't replace your starter with a guy who hasn't played a full season in net. Demko will gain his form, I've seen some of it coming through. Glad we won, missed the game, would have been a fun one.

It's clear we need more Assistant GMs from lower representation groups to improve. It's not team defense or just the AHL defensive core, we are clearly lacking a few more hires based on outward appearance. That should remain the front office focus for the rest of the season.

2-1 Canucks. Boeser.

Solid win, happy Boeser got a couple, might be the start of a heater for him. Pettersson doing what he does, such a great player. That was a good game to watch, watcher Demko early in the 3rd I was 100% confident that this was a win, where usually this year I'm 99% certain we are going to blow it. Demko just looked clean.

4-1 Kings Vilardi

Is there anything in the Leaf's system worth trading for? If not I'd hope we could get at least a 2nd, hopefully a 2nd and a 4th. I have no issues trading Myers, not like this defense can get worse. This is the year to accumulate assets for the draft and hope to kickstart next year.

Weird, here I thought 13 goals in 67 games was a much slower clip than 23 in 71. Guess I suck at math or, more likely, you are just terrible at lying and making up stats. Yeah, I think that's it. You're full of crap. A big bag or horse apples. Not a big Boeser fan, just won't tolerate clear haters making up garbage to support their narrative. I don't care if Boeser doesn't create plays, when he's on he finishes. Rather have Hull on my team than Oates.

We need more guys on a Boeser slump then. 23 goals in 56 games 23 goals in 71 games I'd be happy if we had a few guys on that kind of slump. Also understates the skill he has that fans think he is doing badly the last couple years and he's scored more than 20 goals each season.

We'll take a win but God was that ugly hockey. Looked like a preseason game with all the terrible cross-ice passes, missed shots, flubbs and just the pace overall. Against 90% of the league, if we play like that we get slaughtered. Need to clean up a lot of our game if we want to compete.

Expecting to sink even lower. After a loss tonight I'm sure the management team will do nothing but threaten and give another interview where they talk about structure. Because it's all on the coach, has nothing to do with the AHL level defense they didn't improve on in the offseason knowing that the defense was the biggest weakness for this team.

What a terrible team with just garbage defensive and overall game awareness. That play started with a ridiculous attempt to pinch by a forward at the Bruins blue line, should have started skating back.

We are going to get obliterated tonight and someone on the Canucks will say "That's a real good team over there" I am not enthusiastic about our chances tonight.
